Gameloft responded on 19 February that they would convene a Board Meeting this week to discuss the Offer. 5 OFFER DOCUMENT The draft offer prospectus was filed with the AMF on 18 YES 25/02/2016 February and is expected to be approved by the AMF on 1 March. The Gameloft board will publish their response statement on 8 March. The AMF are expected to approve the Gameloft response statement on 15 March.
